Data Management

“Did all of your donors make sure to vote for you? How many of your Facebook fans have voted? Where are your campaign yard signs? Who still needs a yard sign? How many of your friends, family, and coworkers can actually cast a vote for you?”

Every campaign has multiple amounts of data from various sources that need to be collected. These range from campaign donors, Facebook fans, email subscribers, and even personal address book contacts. Good data management is being able to take these disparate lists, and both merge and manage them to run a more effective campaign.

Darwood Technology assists campaigns in managing this information so that a campaign staff can focus on getting a candidate elected. This frees the Field Director to focus on the field program and finding more volunteers, and allows the Campaign Manager to oversee the campaign and make sure the candidate is where they need to be.

  • Free other campaign staff to focus on the job they were hired to do
  • Combine disparate data points into a centralized campaign database
  • Allow data mining to locate additional volunteers, contributions, or supporters
